Tenorio Lodge

Very cute little lodge with a spectacular amount of animals around - thanks to the owner and her caring and feeding them. Got to see many animals: tucans, colibiri, tapir, etc.
Rooms a little outdated, but that’s okay. Breakfast was very good. Dinner options also well tasting. Service on point.
We did Bijagua spontaneously and we wished we had a little more support on what to do besides the typical tourist attractions. But all in all it was good.
Thanks for having us - would recommend and come back.

Very nice hotel with private bungalows including a nice view on the lush vegetation.
The lodge itself is very clean and the garden well maintained.
Onsite we saw many monkeys, toucans, colibris and sloths.

Amazing and magical place. Great food. Large beautiful room. Magical grounds with so many birds and animals. We were smitten with this place. I intend to come back and will spend more time

Great rooms with large windows in the rainforest, we have seen many animals around the lodge.
The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Good breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs. The manager Nana is the best, she is so dedicated, guest, sustainability, eco, all with love and passion. We loved our stay very very much, thank you!

Tenorio lodge was one of the highlights of our trip. The bungalows are gorgeous and we saw so much wildlife just sitting on the balcony! The hotels private jungle is a great walk too. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was great and the view of the volcano at breakfast was spectacular. I'd highly recommend staying here.
